Explain....I order 2 McGridles and wait 12 minutes in the drive through, to get all the way home and have 2 pieces of bread slapped together with no meat? Ummmm you guys need help. I'd like to think I was being linked but I'm guessing this was just plain ignorance!

This McDonald's is located in a gas station so the counter and seating area are much smaller than a regular stand alone restaurant. They offer good service but have a list of rules above the drink machine stating, among other things, that you cannot get refills or use cups for other what they're intended (i.e., get a cup for sweet tea and get a soft drink instead). I've never seen this at a McDonald's and it puts me off a little.
They only get your order right 50% of the time
